Located in the wine region of Burgundy, LAvallonnaise welcomes you to a charming, sophisticated 18th Century cottage completely renovated to hotel standards. Surrounded by a 4000 m² leisure park, L’Avallonnaise comes with 600m² of private space with a French flair! It is perfect for hosting weddings, baptisms, communions, birthdays, banquets, seminars and any other special occasions!

L’Avallonnaise has 150 m² of space on the ground floor. It can accommodate 80 seated guests or 120 free standing invitees comfortably.

L’Avallonnaise also provides comfortable living quarters for up to 30 people on the second and third floors. Rooms offered include:

8 bedrooms for 2 to 4 guests each with private bathrooms,
1 standard disabled-friendly bedroom for 2 with private bathroom,
1 apartment that can accommodate 8 people.

All our rooms have bath or shower with WC, hairdryer, flat screen TV with USB plug and free WIFI access.
